Altitude Profile (3 ft to 16 ft)
A 9.4 km route going around the canal, from one bridge to the other and back. I personally use it for cycling, as a sort of stamina training course, but of course it can be used for running and other activities too.
One side of the canal is for pedestrians and bikers only while on the other there's also some light car traffic.
