Wisconsin's Military Ridge Trail extends from the southwest of Madison to Dodgeville, via Verona, Mt. Horeb, Barneveld, and Ridgeway. It follows an abandoned rail right-of-way. The official trail begins at Dunn's Marsh Park, but connections with downtown Madison and the University of Wisconsin, Madison campus area are shown.
