Description

Die Strecke verläuft fast ausschließlich auf den Flussradwegen Saale, Ilm und Schwarza. Der Übergang vom Ilmradweg ins Massertal führt über den Rennsteig auf ruhigen Strassen. Zu Beginn wurde ein Teil des Saaleradweges "abgeschnitten", ebenfalls einige km vor Stadtilm verzichteten wir auf ein Stück langweiligen Ilmradweg. Die Radwege sind alle ausgezeichnet beschildert und landschaftlich besonders reizend. In den Übernachtungsorten Tieffurt und Manebach stehen gute Pensionen zur Verfügung. Die Tour ist leicht in drei Tagen zu schaffen.
