Description
Monte Ceneri
Seit die Nationalstrasse N2 in Betrieb ist, hat die Passstrasse über den Monte Ceneri stark an Bedeutung verloren. Die Strasse ist sehr gut ausgebaut und führt von Lamone nach Cadenazzo in die Magadinoebene. Der Pass ist rund 19 km lang und weist eine max. Steigung von 10% auf. Die Passhöhe ist auf 534 m.ü.M.
Vorschlag für eine mögliche Rund-Tour: Locarno - Vira - Alpe die Neggia - Luino - Ponte Tresa - Cadenazzo - Monte Ceneri - Locarno. (In Google-Map-karte auf meiner Homepage eingetragen)
