Description

Offizielle Strecke des LGT-Marathon Liechtenstein 2009, aufgezeichnet am 06.06.09 beim 10. LGT-Marathon. Traumhafte Strecke, die ersten 10km zum "Einrollen" am Rhein entlang, danach auf Wander- und Forstwegen, sowie auf Straßen gehts richtig hoch. Stellenweise sehr knackige Anstiege und es geht permanent bergauf. Schwierig einen Rhythmus zu finden. Schlüsselstelle und höchster Punkt bei km35. Bei km37 läuft man 50Meter Luftlinie am Ziel vorbei und macht noch einmal einen 5km Bogen um Malbun mit kräfte- und moralzehrenden Anstiegen. Verpflegung und Freundlichkeiit des Orga-Teams sind beispielhaft!!

Tip: Am Lauftag regnete es in Strömen. Im Tal noch kein großes Problem, aber in der Höhe wirds kalt - es kam zu unnötigen Unterkühlungen der Läufer - an Regenschutz denken.
