Altitude Profile (-145 ft to 275 ft)
Mainly offroad route on pretty good tracks or towpath, mountain bike desirable.
I have always been a keen cyclist, but two serious accidents, one near fatal and neither my fault have led me to believe that riding in traffic is not a healthy option. I still believe in bikes as a mode of transport rather than just a means of exercise. To this end I've spent a lot of time exploring tracks and back roads as a means of getting somewhere I want to go without being crushed under a ton of metal. At time of writing this is complicated by the construction of a busway that has been going on forever and disrupts many of my favourite routes.
