Quality strength circuit, aim for 2-4 laps. key focus: run easy along the flat to the bottom of Cressy terrace, then steady/mod hard effort to the top (TIME). At the first lamppost at the top, Run FAST to the 3rd lamppost before settling into easy pace. You will recover from the climb about the same as if you simply eased up when you hit the top but you will be significantly further ahead....
Descend your cressy climb times ie. aim to go faster each one.
