Description
Last Monday (2 August), we went for a dip at Oasis Sports Centre. After our 1.5km in the indoor pool (which had rather poor illumination), it was quite lovely to float in the lido. Being a Monday afternoon, and not being a particularly warm day, the lido was nearly empty. The sun was shy but sneaked in every now and then. At the deep end (3.5km), it was exciting to hold our breaths and allow ourselves to sink.
So we cross Nondon Fields, Parliament Pill and the Oasis Pool from our list. Our next stops are the Hampstead pond and Serpentine lido.
