Altitude Profile (7,546 ft to 8,419 ft)
This is not the best track and not something I would recommend, I was just doing some exploring to see what was there, however if you like a trail that is pretty steep going up or do it in reverse this could be for you. Did this on a weekend and did not see a single person on the way up so we had the dog off the leash and on the way down ran into a couple of mountain bikers heading for the dry lakes. Mount Elden road was pretty good to the starting area and the parking is okay for lower two wheel drive cars (could be snow in the winter) and parking is free.
