Altitude Profile (676 ft to 1,647 ft)
There are a couple of hills where unless you're a world class level XC climber, you'll need to push / hike-a-bike. There's also one extremely technical / steep descent that you'll probably want a full suss / tons of skill for.
However, if you can handle / ignore both of those aspects, the descents on this trail are utterly fantastic.
