Altitude Profile (3 ft to 46 ft)
Starting in the center of Pisa, the track follows the old aqueduct towards the mountains. No elevation, no pot-holes, ~50% gravel, 50% tar (in city and in the end towards the village of Asciano). Leaving the city there is no illumination.
If you want to add some more kilometers, you can continue until the village of Asciano following the aqueduct. Starting from where this track ends until Asciano (the part not marked in this track) there is a marking every 100m so it's suitable for interval training.
