Altitude Profile (272 ft to 919 ft)
The section between Cymer and Abergwynfi is for padding / fitness purposes. There's quite a steep hill at the end that leads no-where so you might want to cut off this section and instead head across the bridge (after the pub / fire station) and back to Glyncorrwg Ponds.
Trail can be done in either direction, though the gravel hill is a fair bit more effort to climb (clockwise) than the tarmac hill you get if you go the way shown on the map.
